This place has a great look inside. It is part of a chain as I recognise the menu from elsewhere. It is a lovely environment to be in. This one has lots of families on a sauturday, so has a real family feel. For some reason I wasn't allowed to photograph our drinks on the tray, but the coffee here is good
Had an overnight stay in Christchurch before a couple of days working in Bournemouth. Arcado's menu looked good so grabbed a table for 1 and was glad I did. Friendly staff, the best burger I've had for a while, decent price, can't fault it. Was pretty quiet which I didn't mind - was fairly early on a Thurs night so imagine it picks up on Fri and the weekend.
Staff are so kind and friendly- special shout out to Tasha (double checked everything with the chef in terms of allergies), Dan, Wanda and alice No waiting when you come in like other places ,very attentive staff Gf and df breakfast was yum and great portion size Allergies are taken seriously here, over places need to learn from you! Food did not take long even when busy Nothing was too much trouble and despite being busy they made an effort to chat and be attentive.
A very nice brunch today. Staff really good and I requested they cook my egg no runny and they cooked it perfectly thank you! Was a little cold inside the restaurant, that’s my only criticism. Very good value for money!
6 of us including 2x 10 year olds turned up as a walk in on a Friday night! The place was rammed but to our surprise the very friendly waitress found us a table (the last one). It had a great atmosphere although very noisy with revellers. We ordered from the app and although I was a bit suspicious, it turned out to be quite easy. There was a good choice at reasonable prices, we were told because of the number of orders it would be 30 - 40 minutes, we didn’t mind as we were out for the evening. 15 Minutes later our food arrived and it was delicious. All the waitresses were rushed off their feet but every one of them had a smile on their face and the young lady who served us was fantastic. She had a sense of humour, she was friendly and efficient, what more could you want. Even the guy behind the bar who was rushed off his feet was jovial, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We will be back next time we are in the area.
What a gem of an eatery this is. A wonderful atmosphere. It's both big and cosy. Pictures adorn the dark wood walls making it feel like an exclusive club. The food we had was interesting: tasty, colourful but needed a bit more bread. The service was on point and the coffee very nice. Definitely recommend.

Best cherry Bakewell I've had in a lounge! Lady was very friendly as well. Tapas was nice. Loved the chicken. The portion of calamari was huge
